Question: I'd like to write a review for the app, but there is no input field for the nickname, and I don't want to see my full name there. What can I do?

Answer: Manage your nickname using the iTunes desktop edition. Choose View My Account from the Store menu. Scroll down to Settings and create or edit your nickname.
